A.1 Yes, Our site facilitates buying samples.
It takes 3-5 days to reach worldwide.

Q.2 Is my sample cost refundable or adjustable?
A.2 The Wedding card sample cost is 100% adjustable if a bulk order is placed. The price charged for the order would now be net of the payment made for the wedding card samples. The wedding card sample cost is not refundable otherwise.

Q.3 How much time it takes for delivery? Can I track the delivery status online?
A.3 We ship by DHL or UPS. It takes 5 to 8 days to deliver worldwide right at your doorsteps after finalization of proof . We provide you the tracking no. as soon as we ship your parcel so you can track the delivery status online at their respective websites i.e. www.dhl.com or www.ups.com .

Q.4 How much is the sample cost ?
A.4 Samples are sent against sample cost + actual shipping cost. Sample card cost is $ 5.68 depending on the card |

Q.5 How many cards I can choose as sample ?
A. 5 If you like more than one card and want to decide for best among these only after viewing, you can order as many as sample cards you want. Shipping cost is calculated on actual basis and depends on the weight of parcel and destination country. (Upto 5 cards can come in 0.50 Kg. Packet.)

Q.6 What all I get in a sample card? Do we get our text printed on sample(s) ?
A. 6 Sample packet contains wedding invitation, matching envelope and inner leaf or inserts (As shown in the complete view of the card on website). Samples are sent blank. If you want we can send you the free samples of RSVP Card, Thank You Card, Place Card etc. Please mention in the special remarks.

Q.7 Do you provide printing services? What are the printing charges ?
A. 7 Yes, we provide complete printing services. Our standard printing charges are $ 0.30 per card (charged for Min. 100 cards and then in multiples of 50) . It includes cost of printing custom invitation text on innerleaf or upto two insert(s) and bride - groom name, date of wedding, return address etc. on envelope (excluding guest name printing).

A.8 We use Silk Screen Printing for printing of text.
This is the best and most effective way to print wedding cards for short run orders.
99% of our orders are printed this way.

Q.9 So, how much time it must take for the complete procedure ?
A.9 You can select the card(s) that suits your interest to receive as sample and make an order for them. Once your order for sample is received we will ship them immediately. Simultaneous to ordering sample you can send us wordings in the word format. We will start designing the proofs immediately and will follow the complete procedure for proof as described here. So by the time you receive samples to make a decision, Proofs are also finalized.
Once you see the sample, finalize the proofs and your payment is thru, we take the job for printing. We will ship the cards immediately after they are ready and will intimate you about the delivery details.
3-5 days : For samples to reach and in the mean time proofs are finalized
3-4 days : For printing (General printing time, However we are proud that 90 % of the orders are printed and shipped within 1 working day after proof finalization.)
3-5 days : For final cards to reach to you
Normally it must take 8 - 12 days for the complete procedure. |

A. 10 Yes, we provide full range of Save The Date Card, RSVP Card, Thank You, Mehandi, Garba, Cocktail etc. add-on cards.
